Clean, friendly, great value.

Kitchenette was not stocked properly with utensils.

Cleanliness convenience we only stayed for one night

The front desk lady was not helpful at all. Checked us in, asked if we traveled a lot(first indication she should have been more thorough in the first place as I said we didn’t) did not ask about pets or anything even though the reservations stated we traveled with our dog, walk back in yells at us through the lobby to come back because we have to check the dog in, I have never had to ‘check in’ my dog if I booked the reservation stating we are traveling with him. She stated ‘it was so housekeeping knew there was a dog’, again booked it saying dog traveling with and never had this issue before. I was charged immediately the pet fee, the paperwork states $75+ for short stays, I was charged $130 extra! With no explanation or quote other than what the paper told me. She also did not tell us anything about the room like how the fridge was turned off(glad we didn’t bring food up or it would have spoiled) the air/heat had to be turned on upon arriving in our room, she gave me the wrong time for breakfast so we ended up getting there as they were cleaning up. When checking out, I asked for a copy of the pet form, same lady who checked me in was checking me out too, she huffed rolled her eyes and slammed my cards down upon my request.

quality of breakfast offerings was poor. carpet in room was frayed and a safety hazard. adjoining room very noisy. nothing within walking distance at all. overpriced drinks in small pantry. too many yappy dogs.

The property was nice and plenty of amenities.

The couch bed was uncomfortable and was only a twin sized bed not a double bed.

The breakfast was great, room was spacious, location was convenient. The check in was very smooth

I disliked the front desk lady that racially profiled me and my girlfriend. We had just came from the local pickleball park and came to the hotel to get ready for our dinner reservations. She stopped us and bombarded us with questions. When she saw my girlfriend facial expression, she claimed she was asking to ensure the TV’s in our room would be top priority since maintenance was going on during this time. However, our TV’s were never looked at! Despite feeling belittled we would still recommend this hotel to anyone because of the amazing hospitality of the other workers.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience. We had to make a last-minute reservation because our previous hotel was not up to standard. When we booked with Staybridge, we were a bit nervous at first, but the customer service from we walked in was amazing. The breakfast was great. The room was very spacious and superseded our standards . They also provided a list of attractions and food places nearby And for a foodie of course I was very happy. I will definitely recommend 5/5 and the breakfast was amazing definitely 10 out of 10. I love the chef Deloris. We will be back !!!!

the price for a suite to accommodate five people was very reasonable and fair.

the complimentary social hour from monday to wednesday seemed to bring in a certain clientele that made us a little uneasy. the photos of the hotel online are very nice and cozy, but the actual hotel has a lot of wear and tear that hasn't been properly fixed, i.e patched holes, leaky faucets, and temperature regulation.
