USI was early to arrive and asked if I could check in early. I was told I could but not before a certain time. When I came back, at the time I was told, they added another 2 hours. I wouldn't have been mad if they said right away, like sorry no..you cant check in early. Instead I was made to wait around. Breakfast was okay, at best. If you like cheese omelets every day of the week, then you'll love their breakfast. The key cards dont work most of the time. When housekeeping came. They made one of the two beds, left some towels and didn't bother to leave toilet paper.
DEAshley at the front desk was very accommodating familiar with the area and great spots to dine and entertainment she made our stay enjoyable we will definitely be back awesome customer service

US10 out of 10!!! Really clean spacious rooms, pool, grills and fire pit and pretty easy to get everywhere we needed to over the four days. We were a huge group of football families looking to create good times and great memories for our kids and the hotel allowed us to really have a blast!! They were understanding of our overly excited and energetic kids and really allowed us (within reason! 😆) to make the most of this brilliant weekend!! Thank you Staybridge Suites and to all the staff that took care of us! You guys were the best!!
The staff is all extremely helpful and friendly. They have each gone out of their way to make sure we have everything we want or need. Such a pleasant stay! We have a vegetarian daughter and Terri was very helpful and always had a big smile and a friendly attitude as she accommodated our needs. She made us feel like family! We start work very early and she had a great disposition even a hour before they were open for breakfast. The folks at the desk had warm cookies and hot popcorn and pleasant greetings. And the Monday - Wednesday social hour appetizers were tasty too. Our room was good too. They are very pet friendly!
Quick stay….with AWESOME customer service! Did I mention breakfast was AMAZING….Terri’s steak and peppers were DELICIOUS!!!!
