5 stars to Itsel in the dining area. Friendly, pleasant and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great breakfast experience. Kept everything well stocked, clean and hot. An asset to your hotel. The hotel itself could use some maintenance and sprucing up. Suggest better “do not disturb” signs. Current ones are hard to find, small, worn and do not stick.

Always a fantastic stay. Itsel on staff is wonderful and always a joy to see every time. We appreciate the free breakfast and coffee too!
The overall stay wasn't bad. We had a 2 bedroom suite and that was perfect size for our party. The breakfast left much to be desired. However Traci was AMAZING at the dining service!!! So her wonderful demeanor helped the lack of taste in food. One of the other main reasons we stayed there was for the pool and hot tub. WELL, the pool was cold and filthy, so we did not even get in it. The hot tub did not even work. This was not noted in their listing and it was not a brand new issue. That was really irritating. But the rest of the stay was good. Candace at the front desk was really awesome too!
USLaundry room was free to use so that was super nice. Breakfast was good! Pool was ok but could’ve used some cleaning. Room was great.
Hot tub outside wasn’t working. Shower pressure in room wasn’t great.
I just want to say that Itsel whom work the social hour is a awesome employee. She up and beyond being helpful with helping with food, talking with everyone . She made sure everyone was taking care of and has an amazing smile.
My experience at the hotel is always great especially with Ms. Delores taking care of us in the morning with breakfast. The room are great and the employees are wonderful, can't complain nothing but great thing to say about staybridge. Always a great stay and experience.
