Staybridge Suites Tampa East - Brandon by IHG

We found this hotel to be very clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast is a step up from the average breakfast fare, offering somewhat healthier choices. Dolores and Terri, the attendants, were doing a great job and were available to help. Geographically, the area was safe, the closest building being an office building with a huge parking lot, empty on the weekend. Don’t expect to get an earlier check-in unless you pay additionally. We were surprise by receiving a two-room suite with kitchen instead of a king bed room with a pull out couch for the two kids. It turned out the pull-out in the suite only slept one, so for sure ask about that if you have an issue like ours.

My stay at the Staybridge was fair overall. Unfortunately, I had to change my room three times due to different issues; The TV not working, a broken shower head (which forced me to shower in another room because no maintenance was available that early in the morning), and cleanliness concerns in my first room. After all of the moves, my final room ended up being pretty comfortable, and I was given some reward points for the inconvenience. The highlight of my stay, however, was during my last week when I met a wonderful housekeeper named Kenya. She went above and beyond, thoroughly cleaning my room from top to bottom and making sure I had the extra towels I requested. Her positive spirit and energy truly made my experience 10x better. I honestly wish I had met Kenya sooner, because she turned my stay around. She absolutely deserves recognition for her outstanding work ethic and hospitality. I would consider coming back just to see Kenya again!

First and foremost, my check-in was AMAZING!!!! Itsel checked me in and was so kind and sweet. Along with her coworker Ashley, who also greeted me and talked with me about my trip!! The housekeeping service sheet that was left on my door made my day because it shows that you all care about your guests and have a good enough system for these things to happen!! 10/10 I recommend and will stay here anytime I come to Tampa!!! And then recognizing me with 1K points, best stay ever in Florida!! Great staff all around ❤️❤️❤️

We brought our kitten on this trip and he loved the room (so did we). The breakfast was ok. Terri, breakfast was great. She ran a friendly, efferent, and clean dinning experience.

Rooms are in desperate need of renovation including the kitchen essentials. The bathroom was moldy and the faucets loose. Stayed in different rooms but all of them had a bad small. Parking was great, enough space. The staff at this hotel is amazing. Specially ITSEL, she took care of us and made sure we are satisfied with the room and our stay. A wonderful, person! Thank you to her and also to DALISHA who was very friendly during our check in and always had a great smile. She made us feel welcomed. They made our stay wonderful. Not much noice around the hotel, a quiet area. To have a kitchen is worth staying there. Unfortunately the pool was not very clean, so we did not enjoy it.
