Staybridge Suites Las Cruces by IHG

The room a huge and roomy, the breakfast was soo good with many options to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The sounds coming in from the road cars passing by some with those obnoxious mufflers sounds like a bunch of lawnmowers going up the street. The hotel shares a parking lot with Peter Piper pizza in the evening there no place to park in front of the hotel.

Location, facilities and room.

1 elevator out of order.

Very clean, friendly staff.

Only one working elevator… extremely slow.

Access easy off highway

My room wasn’t available had to wait to see if I could be upgraded or room found finally got a room then elevator running slow my bed was very uncomfortable my pillows weren’t firm and way too much light coming in my room in the morning elevator broken left for breakfast came back got into elevator get to third floor and there was a door closed not allowing me to exit elevator I had to open the door I was just not happy with amount I paid to be uncomfortable and inconvenient

Location was good and very clean rooms..

Bed wasn't comfortable

Parking lot was safe. Suites are nice but small. Gets a little crowded with more than 2 people. Only one working elevator for entire hotel. Wait for elevator can be long.
