"A literal fleabag hotel"

Fleas! This hotel is a literal fleabog. We rented a two bedroom suite for one-night passing through town. Not only did the furnishings look dated and have a large amount of dirt and soil, but my young daughter woke up to fleas in her bed! Disgusting surprise. This hotel needs a bad renovation and deep cleaning/ disinfecting. The breakfast was paltry and unsatisfactory as the food items were nwarly gone by 7 am and not refilled. Never staying here again.

Staff was condescending and rude. Not helpful. In town for a sports event...spoke with hitel day prior for an early check in...arrived at 1pm...was told room wont be ready until at least 3pm (normal check in time) only to watch 3 other families on the same team check in at 1:30pm. I was sitting in the parking lot. Social hour is only Mon-Wed other hotels offer everyday...seems cheap on hotels part considering prices. Room was just okay, water pressure in shower was non-existant. Just crappy service, facilities and staff. Wont return

It did have a good breakfast. It was clean

I picked this particular location and suites because it had a nice pool. I wanted to stay poolside and enjoy the water and jacuzzi. As soon as we got there I was notified it was closed due to a chemical issue and could burn our skin off!!! Unfortunately the T was too late to cancel since it was the day of!!!! I would never have stayed here and chose a hotel that was double priced because the pool looked better!! Not only that but the mattresses were super uncomfortable. Would like a refund!!! At least a partial one since it totally ruined my plans
