Breakfast great, lots of variety.

Everything was ok.

The location was great. Close to lots of restaurants. The two bedroom two bath rooms were spacious and had a nice kitchenette.

The building is showing its age. It would help if the property invested some money into the amenities, such as new washers and dryers and breakfast machines that all work.

Experience was good... its why i continue to come back.

Room was filthy. Had an inch thick dust in the kitchen area. No upgraded charger ports like you would normally have in hotel.

I like the room very spacious suite, full sized refrigerator, dishes and silverware in kitchen. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast very good.

Parking could be better. Almost every space taken during the weekend.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite. It was wonderful my family had a wonderful time. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff was especially good they made us feel like family.

BLUF: I am a diamond elite member and IHG ambassador: THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN 30 YEARS!!!!!! Positives: 1. The bed was comfortable. Negatives: 1. Neither giftbag nor points given for being a diamond elite member 2. The housekeepers spent a good bit of time in the hallway laughing and talking to other staff 3. The room was NEVER cleaned on the day scheduled during my entire stay. Cleaning day was changed by hotel staff at least 3 times, without notifying me. When I spoke with management at the front desk (within ear and eye shot of the OWNER) was given excuses and made to feel that it was my fault, the guest, for the room not being cleaned on the day it was scheduled to. 4. There was no fire extinguisher or fire suppression system. 5. There was a large accumulation of dust/dirt collected on the HVAC intake vent in the bedroom. There was no filter in place for air to pass thru for filtering purposes. 6. Dried food on dishes, pots, and cutlery. 7. Laundry room door would stick and had to be opened in an unconventional way after getting the green light from card swipe. 8. 1 working washer out of 4. 9. Dryers would take much longer than normal driers to dry clothes….ended up going to a local laundry mat to wash and dry clothes 10. Peep hole in door is at least 6 feet high 11. Parking is limited. Staff would park in the closest spots to the main entrance. 12. Heavy grease spots on carpeting. (photo taken) 13. At least 1-foot-long gash in wall. (photo taken) 14. Exposed electrical wall outlet. (photo taken) 15. And the coup de grâce….called front desk to check out at 0923, the front desk personnel was extremely rude…..at 1450 I called the front desk to say I haven’t received my folio by email…again same person, and same attitude….she stated “you haven’t gotten the folio because I haven’t sent it yet, I need to check out the room first!”…..in 30 years I have never had been treated with such disrespect ever, let alone a hotel, and a Staybridge Suite which is SUPPOSE to be one of the “nicer” properties in IHG’s line up. Plus, I am waiting to see they will credit my account 6 days because one pays a week in advance. Conclusion: THIS IS THE WORST PROPERTY OF IHG. THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT OSPITALITY AND CURTOSY, LET ALONE HUMAN DECIENCY. THIS IS A TOTAL OWNER PROBLEM. HE ALLOWS SUCH HOSTILITY AND LACK OF HOSPITALITY……DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!!!!
