I have never met anyone so kind and accommodating, Ida really goes the extra mile to help the guest. Every time I see her she’s in a great mood. I love staying there and that’s often. Will be my choice hotel when staying in Jacksonville. Thank for your customer service!

The rooms and property were very nice.

Breakfast was OK, but could have had a little variety from Saturday to Sunday. The only issue we had was that our toilet in the room was not flushing well. There was no one on staff to fix it but they did give us a plunger to use to make it work.

There was nothing that we liked. We had to switch rooms on our second day due to the stove and sinks not working properly. In our second room, the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to get maintenance to come by our room twice to fix it. And we were also lied to about room service. We left our privacy sign off our door since we were going out all day and when we came back, our room was not serviced at all. We called the front desk and the girl that was there told us that they don’t service the rooms and the only time they do service the rooms was when you check out. The next day, we left our privacy sign off our door again and our room was serviced. We complained to the front desk and have yet to speak to a manager. Worst experience ever!

The room was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable.

The pillows could have been bigger.

The location is great. Love the studio style room.

They were having mattresses replaced, and was told that the floor I was staying on would be done between the hours of 9 am-5 pm. Making it hard to have intimate time with my partner. As we did not want to be interrupted by a knock on our door. So instead we stepped out for the afternoon only to arrive back at hotel to mattresses lined outside the hallways, and job not completed as stated per memo left on desk upon checkin in the room. I flew all the way in from Wisconsin to share time with my partner and the whole mattress debacle dampened our spirits, and no one on staff informed the guests nor apologized for anything. It was less than hospitable to my standards. Other than that the hotel is FABULOUS
