Enjoy my stay, but the outside back patio behind the dining area was never cleaned up. Clothing left in tge area , bird poop, was never cleaned up

"Updating needed, and pride to the establishment needs to be worked on"

Front staff was kind and courteous. The room, the couch had crusty stuff on it, not sure what was on the front of the refrigerator, the room needs some updating for sure. The garbage on the 4 th floor was overflowing for 4 hours on our check out morning. Breakfast was cold. The dumpster doors were wide open and garbage all over the place. Pool was very dirty. Staff was more concerned about smoking out by the back door then attending to the property they work at.

The breakfast was good the first stay , but the second morning the breakfast was nasty and undercooked. The staff was very nice and attentive and friendly, the down was that bathroom smelled like bad sewage when you flushed. The kitchenette didnt have much to it. 1 pan and 1 pot , the can opener was broken, 4 of everything. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped, Pillows needed to be replaced, they were very worn down/in and the sheets should be changed ti a different fabric , it was really itchy. Pool needed to be cleaned, but still not horrible. I think the room could’ve been better given it was a “Hilton” But it wasn’t horrible.

The rooms need to be check periodically by staff. My room had some discrepancies pertaining to cleanliness. Breakfast was great (each day) and the front desk staff was great (each day).
