Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available. There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00. All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay. Not inclusive roomprice, supplements:- Hairdryer: these are available at reception (from 08.30am-14pm for a supplement of €5.00. - Extra pillow: € 2.50 per unit - Tea kettle: € 5.00 per stay - Service fee € 5.00 per person per stay - Extra towel package € 10 per person per stay and includes 2 large towels,2 small towels,1 bath mat Please note that no intermediate housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Towels are not replaced automatically but can be asked free at the reception desk or housekeeping. Heating policy in winter: The heating is automatically provided at a max. of 20 degrees in the rooms from 4.00pm - 10.30am. Renovation/construction/maintenance work for the exterior/interior of public spaces and rooms will be carried out from 01/01/26 to 31/12/26Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

It is close to the city centre

The room felt very old and was smelling. It was 38 degrees Celsius and No AC or even a fan. No parking and also extra 20 euros paid for municipality tax

La ubicación es muy buena. Está a la entrada del centro histórico de Brujas y muy cómodo para acceder a todas las atracciones turísticas. A 5 min caminando de la Plaza de los Mercados. Las camas son cómodas. El baño amplio y el plato de ducha muy bien.

Lo que menos me gustó es el calor que hacía y las habitaciones tenían una única ventana que se podía abrir por la cual no entraba casi aire. Eche de menos aire acondicionado.

De locatie was echt top! Ook de dame die het onbijt regelde was super vriendelijk.

De kamer was kleiner dan verwacht. En naar mijn mening te klein om als 2 persoons 'comfort' kamer te verkopen. Als 2 persoons 'budget' kamer was de kamer beter geweest. Ook was de receptie helaas nergens te vinden (ook niet tussen 15:30 en 20:00). Best lastig als er vragen gesteld moeten worden.

"Endroit agréable au bord de l'eau, même si ma chambre donnait sur la cour"

l'emplacement dans le centre historique, même si assez éloigné de la gare, mais cela permet de passer au bord de l'eau. le réceptionniste était très sympa pour me donner les informations demandées.

Duvet épais inutile en été, Oreiller trop épais, pas idéal pour la nuque, Pas de sèche cheveux dans la sb. Dommage d'avoir un grand lit, quand pour 1 personne il suffirait d'un lit 1 place.

The breakfast was as explained,the location was excellent for our stay

Perhaps some of the things you would find as standard in most reasonably priced hotels seemed to be charged as an extra,I IE air conditioning, extra pillows , central heating shower gels etc
