Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available. There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00. All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay. Not inclusive roomprice, supplements:- Hairdryer: these are available at reception (from 08.30am-14pm for a supplement of €5.00. - Extra pillow: € 2.50 per unit - Tea kettle: € 5.00 per stay - Service fee € 5.00 per person per stay - Extra towel package € 10 per person per stay and includes 2 large towels,2 small towels,1 bath mat Please note that no intermediate housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Towels are not replaced automatically but can be asked free at the reception desk or housekeeping. Heating policy in winter: The heating is automatically provided at a max. of 20 degrees in the rooms from 4.00pm - 10.30am. Renovation/construction/maintenance work for the exterior/interior of public spaces and rooms will be carried out from 01/01/26 to 31/12/26Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"jednoduchšie - ale postačujúce raňajky"

výborná lokalita, vypracovaný selfservis pri check-in aj check-out; pred hotelom je autobusová zastávka, blízko sú reštauracie aj obchody

Chýba klimatizácia, na noc keď sme otvorili okná tak nalietali komáre a rušil nás hluk z ulice. Vysoká posteľ s mäkkým matracom nám tiež moc nevyhovovala.

"Prima voor op doorreis"

De locatie was echt super, binnen 5 minuten was je op het markt plein. Overal wel eet en drink plekjes! Vriendelijk personeel & voor als je op doorreis bent is het top. Badkamer is klein maar douche is prima. Ontbijt was prima.

Je kan niet parkeren bij het hotel. (Er is een parkeergarage op 3 minuten lopen. Voor 24u parkeren is het €22,70 )

"Séjour d'une nuit a absolument pas refaire !"

La chambre était minuscule et ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos présentées sur le site. La salle de bain est très mal conçue : douche et toilettes se trouvent dans la même pièce, séparées uniquement par une simple paroi, ce qui n'offre aucune intimité. Située sous les toits, la chambre était étouffante, avec une température avoisinant les 34 °C, sans même un ventilateur, pourtant indispensable dans ces conditions. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il était très décevant : un seul type de fromage déjà ramolli par la chaleur, et un jambon de qualité médiocre qui ne ressemblait pas à du véritable jambon. Au vu du prix demandé, cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas son classement ni les tarifs pratiqués. J'ai également contacté l'établissement par e-mail pour faire part de mon mécontentement, mais ma réclamation a été balayée avec très peu de considération. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel!

"Excelente ubicación para unos dias en Brujas"

Lo que más me gusto sin dudas es la ubicación y en mi caso las vistas de la habitacion, justo sobre el canal. Es un edificio antiguo muy bien situado y que cumple con una buena relación precio/ calidad.

El baño esta practicamente separado solo por un panel de la cama, en mi caso no fue problema porque estaba sola, pero para dos personas puede no ser muy cómodo/ íntimo.
