"Excellent"

Old hacienda style hotel. The parking attendents and laundry worker were exceptional. The restaurants were beautiful, and the food was very good, but portions were small (except for pancakes.) The maids were very heloful.

The rooms were dark, had no a/c, and the bathroom had mold here and there. The bed could be more comfortable. I was surprised that the 2 receptionists I saw were not too excited to see me. The parking attendant bent over backwards to help clear things with them.

"El hotel es un asco"

No me gustó nada las instalaciones sucias la alberca tenía animales muertos los tres días que me hospedé mi hija no pudo nadar yo elegí ese hotel para poder disfrutar de la alberca y la experiencia fue pésima les avisé desde que llegué que hablaran a mantenimiento para que la limpiaran pero hicieron caso omiso,

Los animales en la alberca muertos y que no recogían la basura , tampoco especifican que se cobra aparte lo del pet friendly 400 diarios eso deben cobrarlo junto con el hospedaje el impuesto para que no haya sorpresas a la hora de hacer el check-in
