El hotel es precioso,todo jardines habitaciones,muy buena comida amabilidad del personal,tiene pk,perfecto para descansar Muy limpio y cuidado

Un poco lejos del centro ,hay que ir en coche,en nuestro caso no fue problema Las camas cómodas pero muy blandas para mi gusto

We usually like this hotel, but the staff were really lacking this time.

We were initially given a room right by the restaurant; we’ve stayed here numerous times in the past and knew that the restaurant staff arrive early and can be noisy, so requested a room in a quieter location. I’m not sure if they thought this would be funny, but we were put in a room where the staff would meet up in the morning (very early) and chat and fill their mop buckets. There is also a giant birdcage filled with birds right outside the door, and in the morning, they were pretty noisy. The rooms have windows that are not very well insulated against noise, but there are some rooms in the hotel where you would be unaffected. Upon checking out, I let the manager lady know about the issues with the noise and she told me that next time, I need to request a room on the 3rd floor. I asked why I wouldn’t just be given that in the first or even second place? She simply turned her back on me. She was very rude and while she acknowledged that the noise in the area where we were placed did exist, she took zero accountability for it.

We like that it is dog friendly and has heaters, but staff could be a bit friendlier.

The staff seem to have ire for their guests, which is never a comfortable feeling. We were put in a quiet spot for this visit, which meant we would be able to sleep because it wasn’t in a high-traffic area, so at least we had that going for us.

Staff very friendly and hotel grounds are beautiful

Beds could be a bit softer, noise insulation would be much appreciated.
