"Needs a better management"

"Bonito hotel"

Excelente hotel, muy bonito y con todas las comodidades. Lo único que no me gustó es que a mi habitación no llegaba muy bien el Wifi y me tocó trabajar en la cafetería (a las 5am). Igualmente el personal muy amable y me ayudaron con todo.

"Hotel im Hacienda Stil"

Hotel in Hacienda Stil in wunderschöner Anlage. Das Personal war nett und sehr aufmerksam. Leider sprach praktisch niemand englisch, was wir für ein solch internationales Hotel eher ungewöhnlich fanden. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Essensraum, dadurch war der Lärmpegel etwas erhöht.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zum Día de los Muertos hat aus unserer Sicht nicht gestimmt für mexikanische Verhältnisse.

"Muy caro para lo que ofrece, lo unico que mantiene de 5* es el precio"

El patio donde tiene lugar el desayuno es estupendo. Tiene luz, un ambiente agradable y es bonito. El personal del hotel es muy amable, desde que llegamos nos trataron fenomenal y siempre con una sonrisa.

La relacion calidad precio, el establecimiento es muy caro para lo que ofrecen. El hotel esta muy viejo, las habitaciones estan muy viejas, los baños necesitan rehacerse. El baño de nuestra habitacion olia y nos quejamos y no lo pudieron solucionar y no nos ofrecieron alternativa. El hotel dista mucho de los estandares de un 5*, lo unico que mantiene de esa categoria es el precio que no se corresponde con el establecimiento ni el servicio prestado.

"Un poco macabro"

Tiene bonitos jardines.

El ruido de la carretera impide completamente conciliar el sueño. El precio de la estancia se multiplica x10 aprovechándose de la festividad de los muertos por lo que, si tienes otra alternativa, no lo dudes. El servicio de la restauración es muy lento.

Una buena ubicación, y limpieza.

La relación precio-calidad no es la mejor, la habitación muy pequeña para la cantidad de dinero que se pagó, no hay nevera en la habitación, una cafetera fea y vieja.
