Majestic Beach Resort by Resort Collection

Our tub jets shot our black mold so we had to clean them out to use. The hot water runs out very quickly. Our smoke detector would chirp at night. Could barely use the balcony as our neighbors were smoking so much weed. Between the traffic and the elevator it was hard to sleep. But the condo was nice and we loved the decor.

Do not stay in unit 1-715 at The Majestic in Panama City Beach or any units near the elevators. These 23 story towers have elevators working all day and well into the night because they are so busy and the units right outside them have no insulation for sound. So, you're awake all night listening to the whirring noise. In 1-715, the bed is awful, the pull out is ten times worse, there was no tub stopper, our washing machine was broken and the layout and TV are a joke. We only stayed two nights, trying to get out after the first night but unable to find another room or get timely help of any sort. We should have been compensated much better than $200 for what we paid. Super disappointed.

The room itself was nice with a great view. The resort had a nice little store with a Starbucks and everything you need for the beach. We ate at the little bar restaurant they had in the food was good. The bad expect a 5 to 10 minute wait for the elevator even longer during check-in and out times. And checkout is 9 AM and not 10 AM as advertised.

The property is located right on the beach. The beach is really well maintained and the resort was very nice as well.

Everything is in email structure to be able to have to be able to get to my room have a little difficult time with codes.

Our stay at the Majestic Resort was everything we hoped for and more! We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo on the 4th floor, and the location was absolutely perfect — just high enough to enjoy incredible Gulf views, but low enough to quickly access the beach and pools without long elevator waits. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom featured a comfortable sized bed and the walk in shower was great. Having washer and dryer was a plus. The second bedroom was perfect, and having two full bathrooms made getting ready easy for everyone. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we appreciated being able to cook some meals while still enjoying the ocean view from the dining area. The living room was cozy and bright, and the large sliding glass doors brought the beach right inside. Resort amenities were fantastic — multiple pools (including an indoor one), hot tubs, a fitness center, and even a little market and café on-site for snacks and coffee. The beach access was just steps away, and the sand was soft, clean, and beautiful. Staff and security were friendly and visible, making us feel safe and well taken care of. Overall, the 4th-floor 2-bedroom condo at Majestic Resort is the perfect spot for a beach getaway. Whether you’re with family or friends, it offers the right mix of comfort, convenience, and stunning views. We’ll definitely be back!

Had great time clean nice condo

It was super clean Not too crowded. Chair rentals were higher than surrounding establishments.

The sofa bed had dead bugs all over the mattress and we WOULD not use it because of that. Actually, we did not use the couch the entire week because of that. When we arrived, the entire floor throughout the condo was covered in a "sticky" film that we had to mop before we could comfortably walk on. Not sure what was covering the floor, but it was ridiculously sticky and had to be cleaned. Some of the drawer knobs in the kitchen had something resembling "jelly" or other sticky substance all over them that had to be cleaned off The two beds had sand in the sheets before we even slept in them and had to be changed. The size of the condo was great. The overall condition of the condo was great. It did have some issues that was not desirable and we will definitely try not to have to stay here ever again. The check in process is a disaster. Very limited space to park while trying to unload / check out a cart and on a very limited time frame to get all of that accomplished while so many people are trying to do the same thing. Very tight parking and everyone is in a hurry because of the limited parking to get it all done. The parking is a nightmare in itself. Not a fan of the distance to and from the parking garage and the process to go anywhere that needed your vehicle. Forget getting items you bought back to your condo. Not very convenient process of getting to and from places or the items you bought. The overall inconvenience of going anywhere because of the distance t
