Majestic Beach Resort by Resort Collection

location was great but our unit had lots of faults especially for the money. Our fridge leaked water and ice maker didn't work. microwave didn't work needing filter change. sink, toilet, countertop wasn't clean. Framed art leaning against wall instead of hanging. cobwebs on couch to floor. Overall I don't believe this unit was really ready for us, unit also not updated much for the money. Could definitely use a more beach front getaway with vacation decor to feel more favorable. Overall great location just not dressy enough for the location and money.

Run Away and do not STAY Our Thanksgiving Trip was the worst we have had in 18 yrs of visiting the Gulf. Condo 2102 in a condensed nutshell: Sand all over each rug, disgusting refrigerator, paint, marker, food rubbed all over walls and furniture like handprints, bedding needed washed before we could sleep, dirty clothes in drawers from previous renters, door handles coming off, light bulbs out, black hairs all over two showers, a full bed in third bedroom instead of two queens, no blankets on bunk beds, no extra blankets, kitchen utensils from dollar tree and barely usable, no can opener or blender, not enough seating in living room, urine all over vanity in one bathroom, leak under kitchen sink, no response back when emailed company. No steps taken to make things right during stay. Run don't walk to another condo.

This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels.

Everything was wonderful but not a fan of the parking .

Unit 2215- view was amazing. Everything else, not so much. The resort advertised high speed elevators, they are not. Only one was working on our side of the building, had to wait at least 10 minutes each ride, if it was not packed. The elevators can be heard in the unit, very loud. The unit itself had everything needed, but it really needs a good deep clean. Mold in tub jets, dirty carpets, cookware that needs replaced, very thin old towels. I enjoyed the visit, staff were nice, but will not stay again. Beach was also very crowded. Beach service very expensive, 2 chairs and umbrella 65 dollars a day. Parking charges was 40 dollars for 4 days. Parking is located across the street from the building. Expected a much nicer unit for the price.

This place is awesome, friendly staff and all the amenities you could ask for. The owners of our condo made sure to keep us informed on the Helene, quick responses and their condo was perfect for a couple. Easy online registration for parking, close to local places to eat and grocery shop. If you’re looking for an air bnb, check out Randie and Tommy!

We loved all of the pool options and the restaurant/bar onsite without having to go anywhere in the middle of the day if we didn’t want to. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the parking across the street. It was very confusing. Other than that everything was great!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The view was beautiful, there was easy access to the beach, loved the pools and hot tub, and the scenery was gorgeous! The only problems that I had was the 9 am checkout. Before I book the trip, I saw a 10am checkout time. Then after I booked and was locked in, it changed to 9am. Also, though the place was clean, there seems to be a mold problem because we saw and smelled some mold. In addition, the unit needs a little upgrading. Other than these few issues, the stay went well.

Property was amazing with a wonderful view. My wife and I can’t wait to go back next year!!
