We booked for 2 bedrooms we got only one bedroom, there was no Wi-Fi password ,

Booked a condo thru Expedia, the condo we got wasn't even pictured in the listings. Dirty, poorly maintained, in need of new furniture and renovations. Our parking passes weren't in the room and only got delivered on the third day. While it shouldn't take that long to print a parking pass, we were denied parking, got a warning letter saying our car would be towed and had to walk with bags full of groceries from a public parking lot to the hotel which was quite a distance and also stressful. Finally in day 3 at 4 pm our parking pass arrived. Fast forward a few days and a day before checking out we got a message that check-out time is at 9am (not 10 as it states on Expedia) considering they expect you to do quite a clean up and the time needed for packing, visitors need to plan to wake up at 6am. They were clearly in the wrong but didn't even try to make our stay a little less stressful. We decided to leave that same day. I will be adding photos of the room and ridiculous text messages between us and this company suggesting we look for parking passes in the kitchen cabinets, closets and under the bed. Rent your condos from someone else more professional.

The unit was very messy, the drapes had mildew on and dirty, the sofa dirty, the lines questionable, the washing machine very noisy, the dishwasher had rusty rack and i was afraid to turn it on so we would not have a flood, the wood boards rotten....and the odor in the unit very bad...never been in a unit in this condition

Parking instructions were vague. When we finally got to check in, we were told to take the wrong elevators)after pushing LOADED cart a long way out of the way. Finally got on the right elevators & to our room. Door is barely wide enough to get cart inside. Bedroom is dark & window looks into hallway! Steps to the beach HA HA HA! Good luck with elevators being slow & so far away! Our first day here has been a very bad experience! If I could get a refund I would leave in a heartbeat!!! Would not recommend staying here. We drove from Arkansas, k my to be disappointed.

Overall majestic property was a nice experience The condo itself was disappointing as the bed was worn and uncomfortable The sliding glass door to the patio was almost impossible to open and there were no hot pads in the kitchen

The rates are expensive for the type of rooms they offer. Floor was super dirty and Sandy. Limited supplies of towel and soap. No room service here. It has a good view besides that not worth almost so much for 4 days. Not to forget their hidden fees etc.

The condo and host were great. The resort itself ..I will never stay here again. All we did was get hassled the whole time about wristbands. They tell you upon check in that you don't have to wear them just have them with you. Oh no...security walks the pool like every 5 to 10 minutes asking to show your band and you could show it 5 times in an hour to different people. My husband left his in the room and they made him go get it even though they saw and talked to us all week. We were also shorted a wristband for our child and told us we had to pay 20 dollars for a new one. You can't rent a slingshot or golf cart and drive it on the property...I'm not talking parking it I'm talking driving g it up to the entrance to pick up family once you go grab it from the lot you had to leave it parked at down the street because you can't park it on the property. And thetes a pool bar at the pool but as an adult paying good money to stay here you can't have your drink less than 6 feet from the pool so if you want to enjoy a beverage..even water.. you have to slam it down before getting in the pool. This place is a joke and we will never stay here again. Again the condo itself was great but I go on vacation to relax not be hassled by security 24 7.

View was amazing, pools were great. We would def go back.

The property was beautiful everything was very clean we had an amazing view. The bed was a little uncomfortable for us because it was a very hard mattress. Other than that I will be staying their again.
