Majestic Beach Resort by Resort Collection

The photos shown before we booked sold us in this place. The first day we walked in we notice the floors were sticky. The outside part of the toilet seems as if they missed. The couch and chairs in the living room appear to never been cleaned. The first day I sat on them to relax my skin started to itch. I had to put a towel. The second day we were there the dishwasher didn’t wash very well. The wifi was spotty. Then we experienced the gun shot that went off. I’m glad the two individuals were arrested. The last day we were there we wanted to enjoy the pool at least and we had people throwing items from the top floor to people at the pool. Of course the property can’t control how others behave. But I do expect a clean room and better kept unit. The unit is definitely outdated and I have stayed in better places for the same price and more. I won’t be back to this place again. I hope they get a better cleaning crew.

They need to put a little bit more time in upgrading the room with better furniture and fresh paint. Also needs better cleaning personnel who dont have an attitude..

Loved the balcony and bed and tv. Hated the pubic hairs in the bathtub, stains on the couch, all 3 lamp shades and both upholstered chairs. VERY long walk from your car to the room.

The condo was as pictured, very nice and comfortable, did not want to leave. Would recommend this unit. Tower 1, unit 1015.

Perfect getaway room was as expected easy acces to beach and easy access to city. Excellent communication with pre check in and check out. Will be booking more getaways with majestic

Stayed from Jun 19-23rd and it was the worst vacation! I'm a single mom of two and wish someone was honest on these reviews before I booked. I did post a review through vrbo in regards to tower 1 room 1014 but the host somehow changed the review and gave themselves 5 stars. Do NOT stay here if you can help it!!! You hear sirens all night every night like their in your room!!! Motorcycles, loud cars, all night!!! Pillows are flat as pancakes. The bed is like sleeping on a rock slab. Btw this room is right by the elevators. The beach chair workers price gauge the guests, when I informed the real joy hosts, they stated that it's normal in the summer time. The bar near pool only has one bartender and they close at 7pm every night. Food is horrible. Smoking is allowed on balconies (security stated that it's allowed, was unaware until ashes were falling on my kids from above) then Marijuana smoking began above us and I had enough. My kids and I were miserable with no sleep. I saved all year for this poor misleading experience. Save your money and go anywhere else but the majestic especially room 1014!!!
