Majestic Beach Resort by Resort Collection

This is a beautiful property with lots of parking, convenient elevators, amazing views and great beaches. The check-in process is a little confusing but otherwise it’s perfect. I would absolutely come back here again.

I did not like the pool it shoud be bigger and have area only for adults.

I loved the location of the resort and amenities.The Southern Vacation people were very helpful with the whole process.. I did not like the room.. it definitely needs to be updated.. there is mold around washer and dryer and near water heater.. looks like black mold.. the water heater makes a loud banging noise at night.. the kitchen sink had no stopper in it, microwave handle was cracked and about to break, dishwasher had no lid to put pod in,, stove was slow to cook anything in oven.. bathroom lights had rust on them.. Wi-Fi worked intermittently.. the room needs updating for the cost to stay in it.. I would beware about booking this room if there is black mold in it. I would definitely stay at this resort again but not this room..

Only complaint is that our tag verification was not sent prior to arrival. (we didn’t know we needed one) which resulted in an hour of sitting at the gate trying to get approval at midnight when we arrived. The security team at the majestic were all very kind and helpful. After an hour we were finally able to park. Resort is nice. but its a long walk from parking to your room. not ideal for older folks.

Great location! Great for families!

The amenities, the view and being right on the beach was incredible. Everyone there was super friendly. I would stay again. However, the communication about how to enter the outer door and inner was not clear. Security had to assist because the 800 number people were giving me the codes incorrectly. Also, my listing said parking was included. However, I had to pay. I will be seeking reimbursement.

Beautiful resort in a convenient location. Clean facilities, always saw groundskeepers working and security moving about which made me feel safe traveling with my daughter. Peaceful, beautiful balcony views to sit and read and relax. Everyone was nice and helpful and the location was great to walk to a few restaurants.

Very clean and friendly staff

We are staying in Tower 2 on the 10th floor. There is a bar across the street that plays music until 2 or 3 in the morning. The music has a loud bass beat that makes it very difficult to sleep. Calls to the bar bring no relief. We stayed here last year and didn’t have this problem. Majestic is a nice place; but the noise is a deal breaker. If you’re a young party person, this is the place for you. If you want to relax, go elsewhere.

There were bugs in the shower, sink and tub. The celing was stained and begin to leak in the rooms, in the shower and from the light fixtures also which made the lights begin to blink. Very dangerous.
