J’ai essayé d’annuler plusieurs fois, j’ai appelé, envoyé des mails, tout fait pour annuler mais jamais de réponse donc impossible d’avoir un remboursement et aucune coopération de la part du personnel de l’hôtel

"Frontdesk refused to check me in. She had no valid reason for it, other than personal dislike of me."

Nothing. I did not stay there because the woman at the reception refused to sign me in. She did not appear until 10 minutes after i arrived and looked at me as if I was a bother. Her communication was very rude, on the verge of barking. When I pointed it out (subtle) she abruptly ignored me. When i asked her what my room number was she told me she's not checking me in and left the counter (again) I had no other option than book another (more expensive) hotel

It was close to bus stops to get to work
