The friendliness and service is top notch. The food is gourmet and very accommodating of dietary restrictions. The interior of the rooms is somewhat dated. The bed mattresses tends to sag in the middle. The quality of the beach is excellent, soft sand and warm water.

as a female solo traveler, safety is paramount, and i never felt so safe while on vacation as i did here. the place is amazing. the bathrooms smell delicious. the restaurants offer delicious options and cater to any allergies or preferences you might have. be sure to book the specialty restaurants for suppers. the theme nights they offer once a week are quite the experience ( i only go to do the mexican night but thoroughly enjoyed it). the staff are very attentive- at the beach, in the restaurants, at the pools, everywhere you go. I've never felt so pampered from the time i arrived to the time i left. lots of activities to do each day from dancing lessons, to mini individual spanish lessons on the beach, arts and crafts, cooking lessons, beach and pool volleyball, etc and those are only the ones that i was informed about from roaming staff. the fact that it is only for 18 and over is so refreshing. do the on site excursions *based next door like the catamaran snorkling trip, camel ride, etc) or go off site for the cenote and cave trip for even more fun. if i would have had more days i would have done every offered excursion. the transportation, cleaning staff, bar tenders, pool cleaners, medics, life guards, bell boys, beach attendants, spa staff, restaurant staff, personal concierge, check in staff deserve much credit for making their clients enjoy the vacation even more memorable. everyone was so helpful and friendly. you wont go wrong choosing to book this property.

Food was horrible. Pretending to be gourmet restaurant with cheap Chinese food served as Asian fusion.Christmas dinner was pathetic. Beach is nice but you have to tip for towels. For chairs, for a cup of water . They said is all inclusive but you have to tip for towels in the room.for coffee pods For room breakfast , for dinner , for lunch. No buffet available even they states on Expedia there is buffet.

Excellent beach, food and staff. Room was disappointing. We booked a “Mi Hotelito Beachfront Suite.” It was beach front-ish, and definitely NOT a suite. In fact, the room was small by any standards. I feel a little ripped off by the room, but everything else was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a junior suite and loved it. The beach was beautiful, and the staff were all so kind and helpful.

The food was great, the room was great, the staff were the best, and the marina beside the resort was also filled with things to do during the day. We got to hear live music a few times. Softest sand ever

The staff were all very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent, with plenty of choices. beach was calm and very little seaweed. We will be back.

Everything was pretty great. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. It’s very easy to get from point A to point B. The food was a win regardless of where you decide to dine. The only downsides to our experience were the wildlife around the park and the slippery floors in the room. The caotis around the property were at first a novel experience. However, they quickly became bothersome; being known to jump onto outdoor dining tables, steal food from dining guests, and occasionally bite patrons as well. Our room, while clean and well maintained, was prone to accumulating condensation on the tile floors. These conditions proved dangerous in one instance with a pretty hard fall that resulted in some aching a bruising. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would be open to staying again. Though the absence of these issues would have made our stay perfect, I would still say the stay was lovely.
