the resort was beautiful and relaxing. all the workers were super friendly and accommodating, anything you need they will make it happen. I am recommending to everybody who asks and I will definitely be back. highly recommend the atv and wave runner tours as well as the sunset catamaran tour.

A Perfectly Romantic and Accommodating Escape – El Dorado Maroma Our stay at El Dorado Maroma was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was special. Unfortunately, my boyfriend fell ill during our trip, but the concierge was incredibly helpful—they assisted me in getting a doctor and even arranged transportation to the pharmacy for his medication. Despite being under the weather, he still got to enjoy his birthday, as the staff thoughtfully brought the celebration to our room, ensuring he felt special. The resort itself is stunning. The rooms were impeccably clean, and every staff member we encountered was warm, accommodating, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay wonderful. The beach? Absolutely breathtaking—easily the most beautiful I’ve seen in Mexico, and I’ve been to quite a few. The tranquility of the resort was another highlight. It often felt like we had the entire place to ourselves, which made for a romantic and peaceful escape. If you’re looking for a lively party scene, this isn’t the place—but for those seeking relaxation and intimacy, it’s perfect. Since my boyfriend was resting, I attended their 60-minute membership presentation, and while I ultimately didn’t join, I appreciated how pleasant and non-pushy the experience was. Maybe next time! El Dorado Maroma exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back for another unforgettable stay.

Paradise!!! You wont regret this resort…. I would give it more stars if I could!!

The resort is absolutely stunning and very clean. The resort itself had wonderful landscaping and the pool areas were great. Lots of places to lounge, including lovely cabanas for resting near the ocean. The beach was gorgeous, with white sand that never got hot under your feet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurants were all wonderful. Every meal was good, and some were amazing. Of the inclusions that we tried, the catamaran snorkeling trip was our favorite. We weren't really there for the alcohol, but some people were. We really enjoyed the snorkeling and even saw an albino stingray. The trip was just the right length and the views were lovely. The Cenote/Ranch trip was less enjoyable. The cenote was fine, but not exceptional, although we liked our guide. The Ranch part of it was very detailed introductions to each horse and a long explanation of types of horse shoes and what they are used for. We didn't really enjoy that part. Overall I think this resort is amazing and would definitely go there again!

Beautiful beach, friendly staff, huge rooms, good food.

Our stay at El Dorado Maroma was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, making us feel completely taken care of in a truly all-inclusive environment. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was stunning—it featured a giant Jacuzzi tub and a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort itself is incredibly quiet and private, which made for a wonderfully relaxing getaway. We often had a pool all to ourselves, which felt like such a luxury. The beach service was first-come, first-serve, but we never had an issue finding a spot, and the service was always excellent. The food was great, with a variety of delicious options. The spa was very clean and beautiful and the couples massage price was reasonable. If I had to mention any downside, it would be the reservation system—having to book dinner and activities in advance took away some of the spontaneity I prefer in a beach vacation. However, that was a small inconvenience compared to how amazing everything else was. Overall, El Dorado Maroma is a fantastic, relaxing, and luxurious escape, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-end all-inclusive experience!

This is an incredibly special resort. The people make it so easy to come back to time and again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for amazing staff, delicious food, beautiful beach, luxurious accommodations and great entertainment. The spa is fabulous and the Mexican Festival they host weekly is nothing short of spectacular!
