El Dorado Maroma Cenote, Underground Expedition All & More Inclusive - Adults Only

We stayed at this hotel for our wedding Anniversary. They spoiled us with turn down service every night and they sent us flowers with a card that said Happy Anniversary. They really went out of their way in everything they did. This property is well taken care of. The staff was so amazing. They catered to our needs. We would definitely stay there again. The beach is beautiful and always well taken care of. The food was excellent. I loved that they did not have buffets like some of the other all inclusives. The whole staff goes above and beyond.

This resort was recommended by a friend. I will absolutely be back. We did one excursion to the monkey sanctuary, definitely worth it. Oh and don’t miss the fiesta on the beach.

A poolside small buffet would’ve been nice for getting a snack when didn’t want to dress for the restaurant. Staff was friendly.

This is such a beautiful property! The grounds are immaculate and the my room was always spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I felt so safe at all times; from the transportation to walking around the resort. The food was great. Top shelf alcohol. Good communication via the app. Excellent stay!

The El Dorado Maroma sits on a pristine beachside property. It has incredible food options, views, service, and pools. Breakfasts are unbeatable, featuring authentic Mexican cuisine, while lunches and dinners provide excellent options at Caribbean, Peruvian, and Italian restaurants, each with dishes to compete with the best restaurants anywhere. The waiters are always friendly, and the service staff helpful. Look for Arturo at Pepito's for especially friendly service. That guy's the best! We can't say enough about this place and are already talking about going back!

Poor service, it was not a very pleasant stay

Loved the property and the food was excellent!

We had our honeymoon here 17 years ago. It's still as wonderful as it was then. Beautiful, peaceful, the staff is lovely and helpful. The food is fantastic. The only tiny complaint I have is that the music is too loud we talked to several guest who would prefer to have softer relaxing music no need for base. And no need for music on the beach during the day you can usually find a quiet spot but I think limiting that would help. Everything else is perfection. It's not a party place and we love that about it. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for such a lovely week!!

On the property, it was better than what we had expected! We loved how there was wildlife hanging out (e.g., the iguanas), and the service was more than what we could've asked for. The food was way above our expectation. With personal preferences, we did find some things foreign, but there was not a meal where we were not satisfied. The ladies we had for room service (Claudia and Guadalupe) were very kind and did things we did not expect them to do (e.g., fold clothing that we had washed!). Booking tours and activities in the Cancun area was very convenient; reserving the shuttle to hotel (after arriving at the airport) and back to the airport was an easy process as well. Most of the staff members who we had passed by greeted us with "Hola!" which made us feel welcomed, despite being one of the few Asians around at the hotel space. We definitely would love to come again, and we would recommend this place to anyone who asks about where we went for our honeymoon!
