Luton Hotel

We were put adjacent to the noisiest group of young people. They must of at least 20 people in the room at 1 time. The partying went on all night. We contacted the reception who declined to do anything about it. There must of been 5 people staying in the hotel and they put us all in 1 corner of the hotel. We complained again in the morning and the reseptionest just said sorry.

Dirty, toe nails in the corner of rooms, worn out, noisy. Rubbish breakfast.

The room was like ice when I got into it, the bathroom needed a detail clean and the receptionists where speaking in their own language

Dirty smelly carpets all through hotel, tatty everywhere. Room shoddy, wood splintering off wardrobe, stains on carpet, batteries fell out of TV remote, large peeled areas of paint above shower, no toilet roll holder, dirty stains on bed divan. Don't expect much for £45 but it was overall a pretty disgusting and dirty place to stay. I wouldn't bother if I were you.

Rooms were tidy and clean but needed maintenance in bathroom, in shower and toilet, the extractor fan first thing in the morning appeared to blow in smelly air and I had to shut bathroom door as the smell was making me feel sick

Just did one night with friends before an early flight from Luton . We went expecting the worse after reading terrible reviews. I really don't know what people expect for there money .The room was clean bed comfy and the bathroom was really nice to . The parking is secure and on site so a taxi to airport which there helpful staff arranged took 10 minutes we would definitely use this hotel again .

Clean spacious room and very accommodating.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, dirty basic to say the least. I will never ever stay here again or recommend anybody to stay

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly only down side couldn't find a pub and the bar wasn't good tbh and restaurant wasn't open.

External appearance of the hotel is not good. If the commercial vans are all parked outside it is a difficult job to get to the front door. Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable although the ensuite was poor. Water not draining properly from the shower and no plug in the washbasin, not much good for a wet shave! Restaurant was very poor and the food appeared to have been prepared in microwaves.
