Luton Hotel

I’ve stayed here a few times and seen to keep sticking everybody in the same corner of the Hotel. I ask to be in a quiet area but they told me any problems they would move us. But who wants to be moving room middle of the night. The last 2 times I’ve stayed in this room I’ve been kept awake most of the night. 1 gentleman receptionist placed us in a quiet area and was great.

There were holes in the walls, the blind was held up with 2 screws and fell dpwn but the bed was comfy and the staff ok

Lovely quiet peaceful relaxing stay. Room was very clean and loved the blackout blind on the window. Staff friendly and checkin was quick and easy. All in all a perfect stay.

Good booking in service clean and tidy accommodation

Suggestion - please reconsider use of polystyrene cups in bathrooms & breakfast dining room. Thank-you for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in dire need of cleaning, repair and updating. In future I will pay the extra £7 for a super clean and comfortable stay at a travelodge!!!

Do not stay here! My wife was on a course nearby, and this looked like a decent place to stay, plus a colleague had also booked to stay there. It was so bad she got a refund (thanks to Hotels.com) and they went somewhere else. Rooms were dirty, food was very poor quality, no white wine at the bar, various health and safety issues, etc., etc. Only redeeming feature was that the staff were good (but hard-pressed)

Cheap basic hotel, bed not comfy & definitely needs a referb but then for £36 you get what you pay for!

Very shabby hotel. Stained carpets in the hallway. Noisy guests stayin next door- arguing in the hallway late at night. Felt really unsafe. Room was clean and spacious.
