Very pleased would definitely recommend and stay again.

After going in the ancient lift and finding our room on the winding path of the hotel floors we reached our room only to discover that our key didn’t open our door. Back downstairs we went carrying all our bags and suitcases when we were given another key and we asked if we could change rooms due to some noisey neighbours which the hotel staff happily applied. Back up to the 3rd floor and we open the door only to be horrified that a naked man was asleep on the bed. We scurried out of the room to try and save him from embarrassment and we went back downstairs and told the staff exactly what had happened and we got no apology whatsoever or any concern regarding the poor man who’s room we had entered. Finally we got to our room and we ended up barricading ourselves in with our suitcases and bags to ensure the same horrific thing didn’t happen to us. Oh, and despite us clearly struggling with all our bags and us having to go back down to reception and up to our rooms 3 times, no one offered us any help or consolation for our disgusting visit. I do not recommend. Save your self the hassle and pay double for an acceptable hotel.

The window did not open..too hot..tolet over filling most of the night

It was a dump the room was dropping to pieces holes in wall, blind was ripped, light that don't work light hanging out of ceiling shower drain plug blocked shower tray flooded blind in bedroom didn't fit.

Would never stay here again! We had 2 rooms for 3 nights, in one room the toilet wouldn't flush for the whole week and this problem was never resolved. The other room, the shower was so hot my colleague had to come and use my shower. The whole hotel felt unclean, in some parts of the hotel it looked as though there had been fires and had just been left afterwards. We chose not to eat the breakfast (even though we had paid for it). It was poor quality, and because of how unclean the rest of the hotel was it put us off eating there. Unpleasant smell in most areas of the hotel including the rooms. There was no roof in the lift so you can see all of the cables, the list could go on for a while of what is wrong with this hotel. I understand you get what you pay for and that this is a 3* hotel, however cleanliness and working facilities should be maintained regardless of whether it is a 3* or 5* hotel. Overall, probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Comfortable for the time we spent there

Lack of hot water so the shower was was not so hot! No remote for the TV so could not watch. Other wise slept well bed was comfortable.

Having been driving all day I was a little dissapointed to find that although there were 3 beer pumps on the bar, none of them could serve beer. I had to take a small bottle of beer instead, not ideal. The room was very spacious, the only negatives being that the kettle did not fit under the tap in the bathroom, I had to fill it by transferring water from a cup, and there was no anti slip mat in the shower.
