Hotel Villa Bianca Resort

Location, view from balcony, cleaners very polite.

Beds are very mobile, not for family holidays. There could be a kettle for tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast- boring, boiled eggs prepared a day before and kept in the fridge. No vegetables, I would expect tomatoes or cucumber at least in such a country with a bit of olives

Nothing to not like

The room was not cleaned well. For example I found two hairs on my pillow, a used napkin in the drawer, the shower fixtures had not been cleaned for a very long time etc. Further the hotel and the room in general was extremely worn down and would have needed restoration a long time ago. Our bathroom floor had cracks all over them and all from entrance to breakfast room was dated. Then everywhere you went it smelled liked cigarettes. The breakfast was under all critic and very poor in general. In addition they kept presenting the same rotten fruit all three mornings we were there. I took a picture of an apple that was clearly not for eating anymore and it reappeared every morning. Why don’t they just check the fruit so it is good. Another point was the air condition which was one of our search criteria for choosing hotel. It was clearly indicated in the description of the hotel, in the room description and in available facilities as a clear selling point. We have had days with 28 degrees and the hotel decided to turn off the AC just because they could according to the fine print. I don’t think that is very hospitable. Very noise rooms as well and you could hear your neighbours going to the bathroom flushing as if they were in your room. It’s 2023 and they still have no wifi in the rooms just saying… I could go on and on but the final point for now is the staff who seemed to be anything than being interested in making your stay good, just not very hospitable.

Wonderful location, ample room, nice breakfast. Great balcony with small table. Amazing view.

The shower drain was clogged and whenever you flushed or used the basin it made horrible sounds. No internet in the room, only in the lobby and breakfast area.

Staying for a wedding but the hotel didn’t have an iron! Had to hang my shirt in the bathroom while I took a hot shower to get the wrinkles out. There’s also no kettle in the room which is very surprising.

Room clean, comfortable. Close to beach and cable car.

The meals at bar were very ordinary. Didn't go to restaurant as I'm sure it was the same chef.

Fantastic view from our balcony. It was wonderful being able to sit outside and have a panoramic view. Close to beach and good restaurants.

Our room was at the highest level and took 130 steps to reach it. Too many for older people. Parking was an issue.
