its location is fantastic, so close to the Bella island and the beaches. the cable car is 20-meter away, easy to go to the Taormina centre. and the sea view is amazing. u can enjoy the ocean from the balcony.

soundproofing effectiveness is not nice… the bathroom is so dim.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was great and our room was cleaned to a high standard each day. Breakfast was to a high standard. Sara was a star for both food and drinks. Well positioned near to beaches and the cable car. Overall, I would say we had a pleasant stay.

Location was great.

No kettle. Tired decor. The hair dryer was one from the 60’s!! It felt unsafe.

The location was perfect. It was opposite the beach and beside the cable cars. You couldn't ask for a better location with stunning views

The room was a little dated, but very clean and functional. The shower is in the bath so it was a little trickle climbing into the bath as it was quite high.

The views from the balcony were beautiful! The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming and very helpful.

Unfortunately my room had a leaking toilet so I heard running water constantly. There is a lot of street noise and you can hear your neighbors next to you. There is no wifi in the rooms, there is no tea / coffee facilities in the room either.

the wifi was unacceptable. We stayed on the 4th floor and for 2 days we had no wifi. We spent all our data (20 euros). He was waiting for a technician who came on the last day.
