It was pretty great except foe the pool amd hot tub

The pool and hot tub surfaces hurt my feet and even to sit in the hottub. They were pokey.

Quiet, reasonable rates, friendly and Christmas Eve Dinner was the best. My 4th time staying there and will stay again.

Great atmosphere, clean welcoming hotel. Great breakfast and the staff was very welcoming. We enjoyed the hottub even though they were having renovations done they still had the amenities available

We stayed here purely for the pool, to let our kids enjoy a fun little stay for two nights & swimming as we are local. We called prior even to ask about the pool. It was freezing both days and unusable even though it states it is heated. Our bathroom smelled heavily of cigarette smoke the whole stay. Staff was nice, beds were comfy but we were disappointed sadly. We informed the staff about the issues twice & they simply seemed surprised.

We requested a refund due to poor environment and cleanliness. We did not end up staying at this location.

I got to hotel around 11:30pm after calling. Door was locked. I could see the desk gal talking with a kid. I had to pull open the door to get attention to get in. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Raised he'll on me and came across combative. I've managed dozens of employees over 40yrs and if my employees EVER SPOKE WITH HER ATTITUDE I WOULD HAVE FIRED THEM ON THE SPOT. I will never stay there again or recommend them

The people where very nice and very respectful. And the food was great. I would love to go back again. Y’all made it feel like I wasn’t so far from home.

Complimentary cocktail, soup & salad each evening- and breakfast in the morning . All delicious!

Beautiful facility, great location, nice restaurant and bar.

Oxford Suites was a treat! The ambiance is upscale- the staff is so engaging and friendly. We loved our room- beautiful view of the bay, great amenities in the room and very comfortable bed. Loved the complimentary soup & salad in the evening, as well as the full breakfast. Every staff person was great! Asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything. (To be clear: Front desk personnel, maintenance, bartender & kitchen staff ALL asked) The hotel is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a beach park. We will be back!
