Oxford Suites Silverdale

Thank you for the wonderful stay. All the staff that I saw was so friendly and welcoming. The room is very spacious and the beds was so comfortable.

The staff were helpful, professional, and nice. The Hotel and accommodations did not come close to meeting our expectations for an anniversary celebration. The description on the Website was highly misleading and deceiving. The free breakfast did not resemble the photo on the website. The description of the Hotel gave the impression it was an upscale property. However, the couch in our room was old and had rips and tears. The sink in the second room had a slow drain. The property felt more like a Motel 6. The hotel was not even close to what we expected given what we were charged, which was just under $200 for the first night. At minimum, due to all the issues, they should have given us a discount, There were so many problems associated with this hotel that I can only rate it a 2.5 out of 5 (damaged furnishings, inaccurate breakfast description, and failure to provide all services as advertised). Also, the room on the street side, you could hear police and aid cars. Windows were not insulated/ sound proof. I did bring issues to the attention of front desk staff and only received an apology. The majority of people who stay there are contract workers associated with the base, so their companies pay and receive a discount, so it is a good deal for them.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care truly exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is also amazing and is perfectly paired with a gorgeous view of the Puget Sound!

Hotel is at its tail end of a facelift, very little construction visible. Our room virtually brand new excellent stay. Generous drinks in the hotel bar breakfast very good
