as someone who lives in columbus, this hotel is in a great, safe, centrally located area! the size of the rooms are great for just our one night stay. overall had a good experience!

the bathrooms could probably use some more love when it comes to cleaning

We stayed one night on our travel from NOLA to SC. Check in was very efficient with Jay. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and bedding very quiet. My husband used the peloton in the fitness room in the morning. The breakfast area was very clean and the food selections were very good. We would stay again in the future. Numerous restaurants and shopping available nearby if wanted.

"No management. Far below Hilton standards. Avoid."

Booked for four(4) eighteen year old girls attending the Thespian Conference with others from their N Georgia high school. FOUR(4) girls booked, ONE(1) BED, TWO(2) TOWELS. One inadequate sleeper sofa. Soiled and stained sheets. Girls go to front desk and ask for towels. They are told there are NO TOWELS. Called the hotel next morning early and asked for towels to be delivered to their room so the other two could shower after their long journey. Jays says coming right up, so sorry. LIE. Long after their bus has had to leave, over an hour later, three calls, NO TOWELS. Finally, after I tell him I am doing one star reviews and will call Hilton corporate, he again asks for her name. No intention of delivering. Is this a Hilton? should not be. No management. What could have been a lovely experience, a lovely memory ruined by these scummy, ill managed "accommodations".
