"Friendly and comfortable"

Very impressed by Moe who welcomed us and the accommodations. The hotel is older, but well maintained. The pool was not opeyet due to early spring temps,but the sitting areas near the pool is very inviting. The bed was comfortable,as were the pillows. Housekeeping personal very nice,friendly and helpful finding our way around this huge hotel.

Great stay, the room was so large, only complaint is it’s a little dated and could use a refresh and the drain in the bathroom didn’t drain very fast. We would definitely stay again though!

"Lily the desk associate was nice but she could onl"

We got there at 4 and although check in is 3pm our room wasn’t ready until 6pm. That meant that our plans had to be postponed because we could not get into our room. The ice machines were broken on two floors. The pool was broken with a crack in the bottom. The TV remotes did NOT work. It was a disaster. The desk assoc was nice but could only do so much. We still have not recieved our deposit refund or refund for our stay. We spoke to the manger SEVERAL times. Definitely disappointed.

Nothing what I expected. Outdated and poor maintained. Even after addressing numerous issues, we had some to wait 24 hours before they were addressed.

Room needed attention and the air didn’t work. As if that wasn’t bad enough the smoke alarm went off at 3:30 am and didn’t stop for 2 hours. Worst stay ever!
