i stayed here in April for a family trip to see an army ceremony, and the day we checked in they were very helpful as i needed to extend my stay. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, from the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and even the food area. If i needed anything, they were right there to help with. Even though the hallways were slightly warm, our ac in the rooms, worked perfectly!! (a little too good!). Mr. Clayton got the pool opened just in time for us to enjoy the sun! The rooms were very comfy, beds super comfy along with the softest pillows!! If we needed anything for the room/bath, they were very prompt and willing to help me!! Overall, our stay was very welcoming and enjoyable!!! Will defiantly stay again if in the area!!

Called an hour before I arrived to let them know I would be a late check in. Upon arriving I had to wait 10/15 minutes for assistance. I tried to push their button for service and call the number but no answer each time. Upon going to my room the toilet would run unless you jiggle the handle and the ac unit was very loud making random thud noises. This kept me up most of the nights. Staff was nice and welcoming. I’d give it a second try.

Breakfast was not up to par. We have stayed here before, and everything was hot and delicious. This time, the area ran out of plates two days into our four day stay. Coffee was cold on one day, as was hot water. Fewer choices.

We checked in to the property on 4/24 after a 12 hour drive for my brothers Army ceremony at Fort Benning. Immediately, we went to the room to settle in. We realized that one of the bathrooms was completely broken and unusable. The maintenance man came to the room and said that he has been aware and the part was ordered. He said that the room should not have been available for rent. The front desk only have 2 seperate rooms avaliable to offer to replace the broken room, but that would not work as we have 4 minor children. The room was filthy right down to the mutiple broken faucets and mud covered sheets. This property is the worst I have ever stayed in and I will never stay at a Hilton owned property again after this interaction.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast good, offered biscuits and gravy when they ran out of eggs.

The property was well-maintained and conveniently located near dining and shopping options. The front desk agent, Justin, was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed that the pool was out of service for the duration of our visit, especially since it was a key reason we chose this hotel.

The pool was “broke.” The chair in the room was stained bad enough we weren’t willing to sit there. The room smelled like a vacuum cleaner bag. The staff was super friendly.
