Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus

This hotel is filthy and in dire need of updating, repairing, and remodeling. If I were a Hilton, I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with anything that looks like this. Hallway carpet is filthy, stained, and full of bleached spots from the beginning to the end of the hallway. Upon inspecting the room, my husband found a condom wrapper. Do not be fooled by the Hilton name. This may as well be a Motel 6.

Hotel seemed run down and old. Doors wouldn’t shut to bathroom. Just needs updated.

1st room had broken tiles across the bathroom threshold and in the kitchenette. Room 211. Room 406 has a humming noise outside the window and wakes you up. No steaming service. Pool area is nice however the fitness center is too small. I ended up changing hotels after 2 nights of an 11 night stay. Hotel staff were very accommodating. The 4th floor takes forever to obtain hot water and the hallways smell and are hot.

Avoid this hotel. When we arrived to the room, the couch was torn, and hairs were all over our bedsheets. After asking them to clean the room on two different occasions, we returned later that night and the room was not touched. Even the side door of the hotel is missing a handle!!

Great stay! Breakfast was good

Over all, the stay was very good. The staff, especially at the front desk, was very friendly and professional, even very helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfasts were very good. Unfortunately, unknown reason, the cleaning staff did not clean or refresh our room one day. The front staff was very apologetic and gave us clean towels, etc.

We were here to visit family. The room was nice but needs updating. Lots of stains on the furniture along with ripped furniture. The shower had black mold along the edges of the tub. All it needs is a little bleach sprayed on it. The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice kitchen.

The stay was very nice.

Liked the layout of the room - it felt spacious. It was well kept and good size kitchenette
