Comfort Suites Southport

Don’t let the good reviews fool you. I got suckered. This is one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever checked into. There was a toenail on the carpet, along with part of a stick, and a muffin wrapper between the bed and the wall. The toilet bowl doesn’t look like it has ever been cleaned and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The lobby floor was dirty. There had been no attempt to mop it or put out a sign from the rain. Absolutely revolting.

Im still waiting for the 50 dollars i was charged for incidentals to be refunded back , i would like to hear something back

Initial impressions were that it was dated and in need of a refresh. The cabinet the fridge sat in was leaning to one side and looked like it could go at anytime. Fridge was cold, room was clean. We had a suite with a couch that has seen many better days- so uncomfortable! We were on the 1st floor and found it very loud in the mornings- NO SLEEPING IN!

This was an average hotel stay. The staff was warm and welcoming but the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not great. The elevator was not clean and the rooms were only average. Like I said, the staff was great.

Hi my purpose for coming to stay there was because I was going to the hospital and I was supposed to be a outpatient but things then go that way so I had to be admitted and I never made it to the hotel So if there’s any chance that we could get some of the refund back, I appreciate it thank you

The breakfast was good. Rooms was clean and price was good.

A little to much chlorine in the pool.

The property is definitely older. Beds were horrible, paper peeling off the walls, and walls paper thin so noise was really bad. Would not recommend
