Nice hotel near the hi way and very good service

Bed fit so tight between wall at one side and window at other that you have to slide in sideways or get in from the foot of the bed. TV reception so bad that it might as well not have one in the room. En suite access was very small and entry via a glass door gave no real privacy from anyone sharing or present in the room when using toilet or bathing facilities. No bath only a shower with a broken fitting so had to be hand held. It was placed in a very unattractive area with constant heavy goods vehicles passing, so all in all a very dissapointing experience.

A very good and clean hotell but with not good beds, The receptionests are not good either one night i came the boy in the reception sat in the drinking room and was smoking and was drinking. But this is a very good hotell for the price, new build and clean

Location in an ugly industrial park with ok connection to downtown. Problems: no phones in the room and poor communication of messages. No business center with computer: if you do not have your laptop, you cannot access the internet and your e-mail. WiFi only in a very limited area around the main desk. Some of the personnel really unpleasant with no sense for customer service. The rooms were ok and the breakfast was good. Bathroom didn't have cups for the toothbrush. TV complicated to use with two remote controls needed to trigger the programs....

The only problem with the hotel (for us) was the location. Personnel is very kind and helfpful. Nice breakfast.

Over all good place for the money. It is in an out of the way place, but safe.

Hotel is located outside the centre. It was hard to find even with a GPS. The S-Bahn is 10 Min walk away and there is a Burger King right across from the hotel. Internet was only working in the lobby or some lower floors. The bathrooms were very small with only a glass door, no real door. Breakfast was good, with plenty of food. Ice cubes count not be found at night.. For the money we saved on the stay, it was well worth it and I would recommend it for the budget traveler

no computer acces except if u have ur own laptop, the hotel we're very far from everything except IKEA an a small burger king. Very disapointed about this hotel; the room look like a brothel or something u can rent for just an hour.

We were moving from Florida to Virginia and needed a place for the night. Parents booked us two rooms online based off the hotels website. The hotel was easy to find when we got off the interstate, however once we got there we realized we had to pay extra for parking. We had a 26' moving truck and two cars charging us $6 a vehicle. While checking in the lobby, it looked like it could use a good cleaning and was greeted by a "bum looking" guy that didn't work there and was hanging around. Once we got to our rooms, they were horrible! The rooms had mold everywhere and stunk! The wall trim was falling off and the bathroom was dirty. While getting settled in a group of young thug like guys were walking around the parking lot. So I stepped outside to check on the vehicles and the "bum looking" guy from the lobby was hiding by vending machines near our rooms. Once outside, he started asking questions and saying things like he would watch our vehicles and we didn't have to worry about him. Since we had all our possessions, 6 year old daughter and pets with us we didn't feel safe staying there and decided to find another place to stay for the night. Overall if you can find another place to stay at, do it! Also while leaving there was people sleeping on the street by the hotel.
