Ich habe dort lediglich übernachtet weil ich geschäftlich in Hamburg war, dafür ist es sehr gut. Es gibt sicher luxuriösere Herbergen aber gemessen am Preis ist Ausstattung und Service top.

Es war nur als Überbrückung gedacht. Allerdings sehr positiv überrascht. Super nettes Personal und tolle Zimmer...gerne wieder

Requested a non-smoking room which was granted, however the halls, reception, elevator etc reeked on cigarette smoke. Even with the door closed, our room had a level of smoke that was unacceptable. Left the window open to air out the room which helped. Should of left open all night.

The location was pretty convenient for going to/fro Hamburg but the bathroom was pretty tiny. The shower curtain was about 4" too small for the shower so water ended up on the floor every time. They were able to accommodate us for staying an extra night without us having to change rooms. The location is a bit remote with no businesses nearby but is only a 20 minute walk from the train station.

Nice stay for a weekend easy to reach, free parking. S - Bahn in walking distance to get downtown. No fridge or microwave, no ice machine (You'll get some ice at the front desk even at 2 a.m.). very friendly people there.

Clean room and suitable for price paid. very helpful reception staff and reccomended a good restaurant. The only negative was the proximity of the smoking area and allowing smoking in the doorway of the hotel

Rude front desk guy. The wifi was a joke, hardly any signal. The rooms were nice though. Once you made your way to the train, getting to town was easy. Not a bad place to stay but wasn't worth the price for me.

Excellent hotel and very polite and helpful staff. Only negative point is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere- half hour walk to shops other than burger king or ikea.
