Lovely owners, breakfast quality excellent, honesty bar.

Nothing to dislike. Great value.little gem.

Liz and Paul could not of done more too make us welcome, the room was lovely and immaculate, everywhere was spotless and as it should be, lovely location 5 minutes from the front so nice and quiet aswell, the breakfast was lovely and perfectly cooked, we really didn't want to leave, can't wait for our next visit, pete and Sarah, Cheltenham

Liz and Paul were fantastic hosts - very fruendly and helpful. We were given an upgrade on our room without requesting it which was a wonderful, kind touch. The room was immaculate as was the onsuite shower room. I am very particukar about ckeanliness and it didnt disappoint at all. Would definately recommend.

It was a lovely room and the bed was very comfortable

The first night I stayed in the b n b (which btw is a b n b it's not by any means a hotel!!) was terrible I was woken up at around 11.40ish to hear a woman screaming from the floor above asking for help! Had no idea what on earth was going on so I stayed in my room only to hear an ambulance arrive around 25mins later and a load of noise going outside my room as they dealt with the drama that was unfolding downstairs... It only became apparent that something odd had occurred when my partner and I went down to go out and get breakfast somewhere else, after all the performance going on the night before I wasn't extra happy about having a breakfast at the BnB/hotel! I saw the owner and asked her what on earth had happened and why there were signs saying not to use the bannisters as they had broken and that's apparently why the man was taken to hospital the night prior according to the lady I spoke to in the morning. So all in it was not the most pleasant experience and i am still yet to receive any sort of apology from either booking.com or the owners.
