"Better off camping"

This hotel refuses to give a receipt. I was moved between 3 room before they four one that wasn’t occupied the ac worked and the tv worked. The staff was unresponsive to requests This is not the place it used to be

Customer service is great. The employees were very kind and helpful. I was always greeted when entering and leaving.
