"Hotel room in disrepair "

I’m a heavy sleeper so I slept like a baby but others i was starting with heard noise from 3am onwards “like someone was showering in the room” the condition of the room is horrendous and did not fill me with confidence that the room was clean enough for the current Covid situation. Will not be staying again 100%

Why on Earth is this listed as a 4 star Hotel on this app?? This is a 2 star at most. Dingy, and the worst franchise of Best Western I’ve ever seen. Staff opening my door at 8am to ask me if I’m checking out today! Why would they do that?? I was also told that the breakfast I paid extra for was not included in my booking.

"Weekend away "

Room was small but had what we needed, nice shower room, service was welcoming on arriving but miscommunication, being told wrong information meant a rubbish end to our weekend away, was a nice hotel over all, would stay again tho

Was given a room in under ground which isn’t advertised on the site. Bed springs were felt when on the bed. Music all night coming from the other room next door. Was told will get an iron which I never did. Card key stopped working. Window didn’t open.

"reat location & great price"

Always a top place to stay, parking, close to London, cheaper and great selection of food and pubs and station nearby. A great hotel for the money. But go elsewhere for breakfast until things change.
