I enjoyed my 8 days stay with budgeted price .. Best property for the price and it’s very clean and well maintained. Room space is very compact else it’s Maintenence are good, it has luggage storage, safety lock, attached bath, beverage, clean toilet and very hygienic space with clean staff, breakfast serve red with extra , located in the city center and near Dfl trains station which is more convenient for transport, very safe and clean hotel... front desk staff Mrs.Andrea was excellent manager who understands customer needs and provided me room shifting .. very friendly team Work, my priority list in London stay for east .. I recommend everyone to experience it. Needs the room front doors should be sound proof to avoid any disturbances from hallway ..

The room was horrible and smelt like cigarette smoke, it was dirty, it was extremely hot inside. Holes in the walls that were plugged with ear plugs. Room needs an upgrade. SMELLY! The website states continental breakfast was included however we were told we had to pay. Definitely needs some work. We also had to wait 15 minutes at the reception desk in the morning while other staff members looked at us but didn’t help us.

not as nice as pictures shown. a lot of items broken in room, mold in shower. beds and pillows were horrible. our key card became deactivated every time we came back to the room. the office is in another building across the street. no laundry service available to use. rooms were all over the place. not a typical hotel this was more like a hostel.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years so I know what to expect. Staff friendly,bed uncomfortable,shower has a mind of its own. The hotel creaks like my hips in the morning. Breakfast is ok but always cold,although there is a microwave there to give it a little warm up. Guests need to be realistic when staying here - it’s not the ritz by any street,but if it’s competitively priced,it’s perfectly fine for a couple of nights. 100 yards from shops,eats and the station

The room was not as clean as you’d expect. The bedsheets had stains on them, it was clear that it had been washed but why put out bedsheets that have stains? The skirt around the bed frame was filthy and we couldn’t even begin to imagine what it was hiding underneath. The corridors were so narrow and there was a very strong smell of weed coming from the room next door. The carpet wasn’t very clean either. Also the double room was tiny. We could barely move around the bed.
