"Never again"

Awful, people banging around and shouting all night . Didn’t feel comfortable or safe. I can’t believe this hotel is endorsed by Best Western . I stayed at Best Western Ipswich the night before, and had a fantastic stay. I can’t believe the two hotels are branded the same. Very poorly maintained and dirty.

"Not too bad. "

When we got there, they couldn't find our booking. The receptionist did try her best ringing around and looking on the computer, after I rang Hotels.com they found us., it had gone through as an Expedia booking not hotels. Com. This took an hour at this point we was very hungry after a 4.5 hour drive down, the receptionist sorted us a delivery out. The room was small even though she said she'd given us an upgrade. Very clean, breakfast was good. Could do with updating though.

The property is not to the usual hotel standards. Also was asked to pay a £50 Deposit on top of the normal rate. Quite disappointing frankly

"Great value hotel"

Cheap and clean hotel in a great location for all and travel up into London Great value for money - some rooms very small, stayed many times and will again. Staff always friendly and helpful

"Business trip 3 night stay "

Uncomfortable bed , ants all over bedside cabinet and bed ,WIFi not working one day and when it was useless , extremely noisy delivery of food one morning at 7.15am driver couldn’t have been any noisier crashes cages about . No ironing board available and staff not at desk when needed

It’s a nice hotel in a nice around near a lot of shops and close to the train station for getting in and out of the area. The property does however charge £50 damage deposit on arrival which was not written anywhere while booking. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff, they made us feel very welcomed and safe. One of the receptionist named Petra was such a sweetheart, she was the highlight of our whole stay.

Wurst hotel I've evercstayrd in. Ants all over the dressimg table. No shower gel, only 2 shampoos. Breakfazt very poor quality.
