"Don't do it."

The first room didn't have handles on the faucet in the shower. The door lock was missing the plate that covers the batteries--anyone could've knocked those out and gotten in the room. The next room still had the door lock with exposed batteries.There was no hot water. I informed the front desk.No repair was made--had to take a cold shower. The place could be nice--too bad the owners haven't brought it up to date.

When making reservation, it said that the room had view to lake and city. The only view was to internal garden. The hotel was nice, but I espected a view to the lake or the city. That’s the only negative comment I have.

There was a mini kitchen in the room which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was remodeled and very nice. Bed was only a full but I slept well.

The floor tile was a little uneven. It was clean and that was the important thing.

Didn't have breakfast

It is a lovely old building. Very impressive from outside and could be a great hotel. However, inside is sad and old. The bathroom is very worn, toilet seat in need of replacing and the bath is well worn. The room is very dated and doors are in bad need of repairing.

DO NOT BOOK ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS!! We booked this place as a last resort to take our kid to an event in the area. We checked in at 4 pm and when we can back at midnight they had already rebooked our room with our stuff in it? This is such a breach of privacy and I would never trust the people working here. Good thing that we didn’t leave anything important in the room because we did not get anything back. Had to drive 4 hours home with kids because of this. AWFUL PLACE - 0/10!!!
