Hotel Katuxlan

Great hotel with friendly staff who helped us get taxis and our luggage to and from our rooms.

I love ot. A really nice pool to enioy the afternoon

Only one elevator was working, uncomfortable. Very noisy. Air conditioning in lobby and restaurant insufficient. Hotel appearance is old with a sense of poor maintenance. Excellent location, pretty garden with pool. Good service.

Nice hotel on the Malecon. The rooms are a little tired and, if you’re looking for character, this isn’t for you. The location is great though with lots of restaurants nearby and great for an evening stroll along the Malecon. The staff are great and very helpful.

Great hotel

Great location and easy parking. Comfortable room and great a/c and good balcony. No fridge and coffee machine didn't work properly. Rigid check in time of 3pm which was a bit late for us. Wonderful swimming pool.

Great location if you come in Tren Maya. The bus service drops you right in front of the hotel!

Very clean and staff very polite.

It is a good hotel but the property does feel its age. Probably one of the best options in Campeche but certain areas could improve.
