I put a booking for a city view room on high floor. When I go there they told me that they can give us a sea view room on 4th floor.i told them that I don't like to stay on a sea view room and also I want to stay on a high floor coz I'm really like to see the night time city view.after that they provide me a room on a high floor with a zero city view and two single beds.Then I directly went to the GALADARI HOTEL.they provide us a super service. Staff behavior is not acceptable

No Wifi was working in room. They said , they will provide router but they did not provide. AC in 1 room was not working we booked for 6 adults and 3 kids, no arrangement for kids .

"Amazing stay at global towers"

So i went there on a Friday night , I got a room with a sea view and the view is amazing , Soo relaxing to watch I enjoyed my staying at global towers the staffs are really friendly and great service totally recommend 10/10 if your looking for stay with a great view this is the place
