I didn’t like anything about the property

No hot water after 1st day, didn’t clean the room for the first 3 days. Started cleaning after I asked the reception about cleaning but never locked the door after the cleaner left. Worst experience at a hotel

The place was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN AND SAFE. RIGHT OPPOSITE THE BEACH..EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE STAFF FROM THE TOP..THE GM MR RONALD,MANAGER'S JEROME AND NIRMAL....STAFF SURESH,SAMAN,LAKMAL,JANAKA,RATHNAYAKA,. AND ALL THE OTHER INCLUDING SECURITY WAS FANTASTIC .EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOOD WAS GREAT..WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND TRY OUT THE CHILAX BAR...EXCELLENT

"A great place to spend your evening"

would like to recommend the chillax pub here with a nice surroundings and sea breeze. Good for a gathering. Good service from the crew at pub specially the manager Samantha is having a passion to accommodate the customers with best available

"Not clean filthy and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

The bar and bar staff

Very bad maintenance and the place was filthy and not clean, they showed me 7 bedrooms to begin with and all of them were filthy and not clean, the bathrooms and bedroom was not clean the bed linen and towels had stains on them and specially the bathroom were filthy, dirty and not cleaned properly and the whole place is filthy and needs cleaning. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone else.

"Comfortable and good for the price"

Rooms are spacious, the location, rooms with a balcony and a sea view were valuable after walking around Colombo city. Bed is comfortable. Wi fi was good Breakfast was amazing.

The furniture could be modernised. It's a old hotel. But for the price and a one night is perfect. Totally worst it.
