We arrived on a Sunday. September 14th. We no longer got to our room and the power went out for 3 hours. Elevators only went down. So after a long trip, hot room, no restaurant to eat at....next morning handle broke in shower. Still no restaurant open except Whisk. No bars open, no clubs open, no waitresses in casino, no free drinks while you play. Wake up Tuesday morning no water...husband had a business meeting to attend and no water...the pool was great. Closed at 6 pm. They will not allow drinks or food in, but do not have pool bar or restaurant open. It's been extremely disappointing. We're supposed to checkout tmrw, but I'm ready to leave now.I guess it's for really old people who only want to smoke and play slots....

Stayed for a wedding that started at 5 oclock sharp. We had to pay $85 to check in early although the wedding was held and had a block of rooms. The front desk lady told me I could contact management and handed me a card with the number to call. The bar staff at O bar were rude as well and only want to serve those who are gambling. I wouldn't stay here again for the amount of money we paid. The room was nice but thats about all I can say was. Good was gross and staff was just rude.

We only got to stay overnight, but this was a wonderful stay! The entire place was clean - hotel room, lobby, casino, & restaurant. The staff was very gracious and helpful. We did not get to use the spa amenities, but I look forward to going back and trying them. We checked in around 10:00 pm and were able to get something to eat at the Asia restaurant with no problems.

I left my hearing aid above the shower door I came back to let them know an hour and a 1/2. After I checked out that I had left it there and they were unable to find it even though it was hanging on the door they said they made 3 trips up to the room to find it. But all they had to do was contact. The person who cleaned the room. Because that's the only place it was exactly where I told them, apparently they might have thrown it away and just didn't want to take responsibility

The property was quite picturesque and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. As with other reviews, the charge for spotty wifi was annoying (and frankly surprising). Probably due to the timing of our visit but there were few of the restaurant options available. The hotel is convenient and the beds comfortable. Overall, a good experience.
