When checking in we found that the remote to the TV in the bedroom was not working and we couldn't turn off the TV without shutting down the power. We reported this to front desk first day of the 3 day stay and were told we were "put on a list" but never got it fixed and never got any updates unless we went to the front desk to ask. How long does it take to get a TV working?

This a lovely hotel! Although the rooms might be slightly dated, they are wonderful. Maintained beautifully and huge space! Everyone at restaurants and casino are delightful. Highly recommend
