I felt comfortable and the hotel was very nice.

Had one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life last night and thats saying something… I arrived at the casino and walked around the floor with the table games to analyze the different options and rules of each game. Upon arriving at a roulette table, I was greeted by the “host/dealer” with a terrible stink eye. Fine, used to it. I had two drinks, one water and another a cocktail and there was a gentleman whom yelled at me with profanity to place my drinks IN the cup holders. I placed my drinks in the cup holders and purchased $200 worth of chips. The same gentleman was very “intimidating” by size and—don’t take this the wrong way—ethnicity. He kept mean mugging me and finally I got up and moved tables. Once landing a spot at a blackjack table I was greeted by the very sweet and attractive African American female dealer. She asked how my night was going and I told her the truth, not so well. She said well let’s change that and I concurred. My first hand I was dealt 20 and the dealer beat me with a blackjack. As the dealer started dealing the second hand I said, “Excuse me Miss, didn’t I have 21?” I obviously miscounted* The colorfully inked up pit boss (Misty) whom was staring at me since I walked in to the casino snapped at me, “WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE LAST HAND! You had a 20, learn how to count!” I said, “Excuse me..? REWIND: There was a 65-70 year old lady sat down a minute after myself that was blowing Virginia Slim smoke in my face. At the time of the pit boss yelling at me, Virginia Slim grabbed my bicep and started yelling at me as well. I stopped her there and said, “Ma’m, keep your hands off of me.” She started yelling in my face and poking my arm after that. Finally, I raised my voice after the scene was created by these two women and spoke, “Woman, touch me again and there will be major problems!” Security arrived and professionally escorted me to the exit. I left and will not be back for a VERY LONG time. The experience put a terrible taste in my mouth. Not an avid gambler, but would much rather spend my money elsewhere, not to mention their competition is a rocks throw/skip across the river (Hollywood Casino). We love staying at the hotel for its great service, clean rooms and awesome restaurant food. BUT, THE CASINO HAS BEEN PAYING LESS AND LESS. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE CASINO...THE PAYOUTS ARE TERRIBLE ESPECIALLY FOR A HOLIDAY WEEKEND LIKE THE 4TH OF JULY

Great food options. Lots to do for a family and a couple on a date night.

The wifi wasn't working. No signal! The air conditioning wasn't working properly in room! Hot and humid in room and front desk staff were not helpful! Overall terribe stay!!

Well kept, nice, clean, up to date. Only issues were ice machines were unplugged on most floors

The hotel room was comfortable and well-kept - it’s a good spot for a weekend getaway or a night before flying out from the airport. Good mix of slots and tables.
