They stay was great, just as described by many of the guest ratings I read beforehand. Check in was a mess however! We drove all day and arrived at 8:00pm only to find out they only had one king bed rooms available. I told her I reserved a 2 queen bed room and told her there was no way 4 grown adults were sleeping in one bed. I then showed her the reservation on my phone. I was then told it would be a 'while' before things could be arranged. Room was finally ready ay nearly 10:30pm. They did give a $50 restaurant credit, which was nice, but I was disappointed by the disconnect between hotels.com reservation and what was available when we arrived.

"Good stay, would be better on a weekend."

Huge, spacious rooms. I loved everything about the room, but I did not love being woken up at 4:30 with some sort of evacuation alarm going off. Because we visited on a Tuesday, there were a lot of things closed. It was kind of a bummer, but we overall enjoyed the stay and the pool too.

Very nice and clean. My room was spacious. My grandkids loved it. Was able to explore different restaurants. Ameristar I will book again on my next visit
